This is the grandfather of Donald Rowe [Jr.] referred to in Salley, pp 66,67. I have seen no evidence that Jacob had two wives, but the age of his wife Margaret suggests that she may not have been the father of Jacob's two oldest children. The fact that only the youngest three of Jacob's children are listed in the Rowe Bible (Rumph & Frederick Families) is also suggestive that Margaret may have been a second wife.
